General Laborer
Position Type: Full-Time
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekend work and overtime may be required based on project needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be dependable, punctual, and maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to safely use hand tools and power tools.
- Ability to follow directions while working independently or as part of a team.
- Construction experience is required.
Preferred Skills
- Roofing experience.
- Framing and carpentry.
- Drywall installation and repair.
- Interior and exterior painting.
- Flooring installation (LVP, laminate, hardwood, tile).
- Siding installation and repair.
- Window and door installation.
- Deck building and repairs.
- Basic demolition.
- Material handling and job site organization.
